THE SPIRITS OF BENICIA GHOST WALK
PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participation in The Spirits of Benicia Ghost Walk is voluntary. This is an approximately 90-minute nighttime walking tour through historic Benicia.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that this Tour may involve uneven or slippery sidewalks, curbs, stairs, low-light conditions, street crossings, traffic, changing weather, physical exertion, and conditions at public or privately owned locations. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating and accept responsibility for determining whether I can safely take part in the Tour.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless The Spirits of Benicia Ghost Walk, Benicia Psychic, and their owners, guides, employees, agents, and representatives from claims for injury, property damage, or loss arising from the inherent risks of the Tour or ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived.

PARANORMAL EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT

I understand that paranormal activity, spirit communication, evidence, or any specific paranormal experience is not guaranteed. Participation in paranormal activities and use of Tour equipment is voluntary. I agree to follow staff instructions and properly handle any equipment provided to me.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT

I am responsible for my personal belongings and any medical or emergency expenses incurred during the Tour. I agree to follow Tour staff instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or excessively intoxicated guests may be removed from the Tour without refund.
